Debra and one of my dogs Sausage Biscuit.
Debra, my wife, is in the medical field as a biller for an ortho group and editor of a very creative positive attitude newsletter for her company. She has been in this field for over 16+ years and is not only my wife, but my very best friend. I could not do this without her. She plays a very big part in helping to keep things going and has also created this website for me. I love you honey!

Trader is our oldest dog. We got him as a puppy. We actually gave him a bath in a 5 gallon bucket. We knew he would get big, but 125 lbs was a little beyond what we thought. He's 9 years old and still hanging in there. He has the comfort of coming and going as he pleases. Oh yeah, and he snores at times. He also thinks he's still that little puppy and is nothing but a really big baby. He's had surgery when he blew his knee out and has arthritis but he still manages to give that special love of his to us each and every day. He's my best friend.

Sausage Biscuit is our next dog. We've had him for about 4+ years. He kept running away from the neighbors house and coming over. My wife said no but after the 3rd time, I finally convinced her he'd run out in the road maybe and get hit. The neighbors wanted us to have him and visited him each year. What can I say about Sausage? That he barks at every leaf blowing around outside? Or maybe that he's the instigator but plays innocent really well? Whatever he wants to be or do, he's a great companion and a really big baby also.

Matthew, my son, who is 24, finally decided to move up to GA and live with me to start his life over. He works for the cable company and is doing really well. He has a kind heart just like his dad! He is always mowing the grass and doing little extras around the house to help out without even being asked. He has over come a lot in his life and his struggles and ambition has helped him to rise above any obstacles put in his way. He's a good man with a bright future ahead of him. He's my son!

Brandy, my daughter, who is 21, still lives in Florida and we talk to each other over the phone. She also, has over come a lot in her life. She still has some struggles a head of her but with her kind heart and ambitious nature, I have faith in her she'll be on top of the world one of these days. She never gives up and knows what she wants in life. I am very proud of both my kids, no matter what obstacles they may be going through, I know they will continue to rise above and move forward. I love my kids dearly. (Aug 09)

Lauren joined our family a few months back. She is my son's fiancee. She just recently got hired on as a substitute teacher and looking forward to someday have her own class. Her ambition is middle school. She also works part-time elsewhere to help out and is very warm hearted. She loves being around kids and is very creative with ideas to help them learn. She has been a joy to have around the house. We've welcomed her with open arms and I wish her and my son only the best. 11/7/09
